Monday, January 27, 2020 (St. John's, NL) – The following is an update to patrons on Arts & Culture Centre shows that had to be rescheduled due to the state of emergency in St. John’s last week.
The Rising Tide Theatre Revue 2019 performances scheduled for January 18, 19, and 20 have been rescheduled to February 24, 25, and 27, 2020.
Patrons holding tickets for January 18 have been moved to February 24.
Patrons holding tickets for January 19 have been moved to February 25.
Patrons holding tickets to January 20* have been moved to February 27.
*Please note that patrons originally holding tickets to January 17 were moved prior to the storm to January 20.
The Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra Big Band (Born in the USA) performances scheduled for January 24 and 25 have been rescheduled for February 7 and 8, 2020.
Patrons holding tickets for January 24 (Big Band) have been moved to February 7.
Patrons holding tickets to January 25 (Big Band) have been moved to February 8.
As a result of this and trying to make all of these postponements work in a very tight calendar, the NSO Masterworks 3: A Night at the Opera with David Pomeroy has been rescheduled to February 6.
Patrons holding tickets to February 7 (A Night at the Opera) have been moved to February 6.
If the date that your tickets have been re-scheduled to does not work for you and you would prefer another of the available dates, please kindly contact the box office. We will work to accommodate requests, based on the availability of tickets. If none of the available dates work for you, please contact the box office for a refund. Refunds are available for 10 business days after the date of the original cancelled performance
The ACC box office is now open for regular business hours: 12:00 – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday (and up to 30 minutes after showtime on performance days). Patrons can contact us by phone at 709-729-3900.

Thursday, January 23, 2020 (St. John’s, NL) - Respecting the state of emergency which is in place through Friday, the St. John’s Arts & Culture Centre will remain closed until at least Saturday. We will update about re-opening as soon as we can.
For patrons holding Revue tickets, we will have a full update on rescheduled dates by Saturday. Once the state of emergency is lifted, our box office hours will resume regular hours to answer questions about exchanges and/or refunds if you are not able to attend re-scheduled performances.
The Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra’s (NSO) Big Band shows on Friday and Saturday have also been postponed. More details on these new dates will be provided soon.
We are working really hard with the producers of these shows to get plans in place for you.
